Immedion LLC, South Carolina and Western North
Carolina’s premiere provider of data center services including Cloud,
colocation and managed services, announced today the hiring of Bonnie
Kirkpatrick as Provisioning Project Manager. In her new role, Bonnie will serve
as the main customer contact during the on-boarding process and will function
as the company’s internal point of contact for all departments involved in
provisioning new customer services.
Bonnie has
over twenty years of experience in the IT industry working in various technical
customer support environments. Prior to joining Immedion, Bonnie acted as a
Client Support Analyst at Agilysys, a software development company. Additionally,
she has held positions at Presort Plus, Greater Greenville Association of
Realtors and RBC Liberty Insurance.
“Bonnie is a valuable addition to the Immedion team,” said Immedion Controller,
Katie Oliver. “Her IT background, customer support experience and excellent
organizational skills will be a key asset as we continue to grow and add new
customers.”
