An exhibit featuring new paintings by Ruth Ilg will be on display during the month
of June 2014 at the Asheville Gallery of Art, Ltd., 16 College Street at Pritchard
Park, Asheville, North Carolina.
A Reception for the Artist will be held on Friday, June 6th ,
2014, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Gallery. The public is cordially invited.
Artist Statement
“With these paintings, whether
representational or abstract, I am seeking to express the luminosity and
enchantment of evocative memories.
I encourage viewers to see my
experimental meditations as an invitation
for their own emotive explorations.”
