Overall Description: Customer service Representative’s main
focus is to work as a customer liaison and to coordinate all customer
activities and information within the company.
Essentials Functions:
Responsible for
Sales Orders entry within the systems to prevent errors and meet customer
requirements
Coordination of
all customer information
Generate Quotes
and Sample Packages
Generate Reports
Plant Orders
Maintain Sales
order Files and information
Liaison between
Customer and Production
Generate sales with
existing customers and new prospect leads

Education: Minimum
