Blaizing Lotus is proud to host their first annual Open House, giving the community a chance to experience their beautiful and unique facility first-hand, peruse through their products and services, enjoy several interesting presentations and engage in fun and free activities. Come and get a taste of what they have to offer and what makes them different.
Schedule of Events
2:00-2:30- Welcome to Blaizing Lotus! A tour
of the facility will be offered along with healthy snacks, herbal tea, cheese
and wine. Free Chair Massage will be offered intermittently throughout the
event.
2:30-3:00- Our community herbalist Alana House
will be giving a presentation on herbs, and also talk about her all natural
product line, “Buck Naked Plant Medicine.” This herbal medicine is featured
here at Blaizing Lotus.
3:00-3:30- Ian Montgomery will be giving a
presentation on his essential oil distillation process. Ian is proud to present
Asheville’s ONLY local essential oil line, Blue Ridge Aromatics, which we
feature here at Blaizing Lotus.
3:30-4:00- Guest Speakers Brian Hightower and
Gracie McCarroll will be giving a presentation on the unique integration of
Poetry and Chinese Medicine.
4:00-4:30- Becky Sheftall will be giving
presentation on Acupuncture, along with a demonstration.
4:30-5:00- Eliza Volk will be giving a
presentation on Thai Massage, along with a demonstration.
5:00-5:30- DeBorah Ogiste will be giving a
presentation on Reiki / Sound Healing, along with a demonstration.
5:30- RAFFLE DRAWING! Make sure you have entered the
raffle before this time.
Doors will close at 6. Thank you all
