It’s cold
out there and the homeless are in need!
Homeward Bound is Asheville’s
organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness. They have housed
over 1,350 clients, have a retention rate of over 89%, provide case management
to hundreds of homeless clients, and are currently engaged in an initiative to
place all homeless Vets into housing by year-end.
The public is invited and
encouraged to participate in a free tour of the Homeward Bound
facilities. For every partipant, PlumDog Financial, a long time Chamber
member, will donate $100 to HomewardBound.
