JPS receives multiple recognitions

Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS) is honored to announce the following recent recognitions:

2016 Best Employers in North Carolina

Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS) was recently named one of 2016 Best Employers in NC for the third consecutive year, a list created by Business North Carolina, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – NC State Council and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in North Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. This year’s 2016 Best Employers in North Carolina list consists of 45 companies. Twenty-five businesses are identified in the small-to-medium size (15-249 U.S. employees) and twenty businesses are identified in the large size (over 250 U.S. employees) company categories.

JPS is ranked 15 out of 25 in the small-to-medium company category and is the highest ranked Asheville-based company of both categories. Other Asheville-based companies ranked are FLS Energy Inc (#16 in small-to-medium company category) and Plasticard-Locktech International (#18 in large company category).

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process – the first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and, the second part consisted of an employee satisfaction survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings. View entire list at www.businessnc.com
