Avadim
will soon take delivery of a new bottling line to be installed in its newly
expanded manufacturing facility in Swannanoa, NC. The bottling line, at a cost
of $323,000 was manufactured specifically for Avadim. The new equipment is a 16
head, automated rotary filler with capacity up to 120 bottles per minute. This
equipment alone, in one 8-hour shift, can manufacture approximately 50,000
bottles per day for a total of 13,000,000
bottles
per year. This bottling line increases Avadim’s manufacturing capacity to over
$200,000,000 per year on one shift.
This
capacity is needed to fill the demand for our core businesses and the planned
rollout to 70,000 pharmacies through our partnership with Guthy Renker. The is
another milestone in the expansion of our manufacturing capacity as we prepare
for the upcoming market demand for our products. Below, please find a link to
