United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) has
appointed Karen Plemmons to the position of mortgage advisor in Asheville,
North Carolina.
In her new role, Plemmons will provide financial counseling
and product awareness to credit union members regarding their home financing
needs. She has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Plemmons studied business at Asheville–Buncombe Technical
Community College.
In her free time, she and her husband Philip volunteer with Angel
Flight Mid Atlantic and Angel Flight GA. They own a small aircraft and use it
to transport individuals who are in need of medical care.
