Girls on the Run of WNC is hiring an Executive Director

Girls on the Run® of WNC is seeking a nonprofit professional to fill the role of Executive Director. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for improving the confidence, health and opportunities of girls, as well as a commitment to making Girls on the Run, a physical activity-based positive youth development program, accessible to third through eighth grade girls across fourteen WNC counties. 

The Executive Director will represent Girls on the Run of WNC to the public, lead organizational development and strategic planning, optimize financial performance, oversee program delivery, build donor relationships and oversee personnel.  The Executive Director reports to Girls on the Run of WNC Board of Directors and Girls on the Run International.
