Immedion LLC, South Carolina and Western North Carolina’s premiere provider of data center services including Cloud, colocation and managed services, announced today the hiring of Edward MacMillan as Director of Customer Service. In his new role, Edward will be responsible for the continued evolution of Immedion’s customer support organization.
MacMillan comes to Immedion with an extensive background in
customer support, call center operations and business operations. Prior to
Immedion, MacMillan served as the Manager of Charter Business Sales Operations,
where he provided enterprise-wide Sales Support Account Coordination. In prior
roles, MacMillan also served as Vice President of Customer Repair Center at
NuVox Communications. Edward studied Business Administration at the University
of South Carolina with an emphasis on Management Information Systems.
“Edward’s wealth of experience in managing customer support makes
him valuable to our technical team,” said Immedion’s Chief Operating Officer
Rob Moser. “We are very pleased to
