December 27th: Thai Cooking
      Ever wanted to pull out all the stops and cook an authentic Thai meal at home? Chef Brian will show you how to make Spring Rolls, Larb Gai, and Pork Satay.
      Instructor: Brian Ross m Participation: $55.00 per person m 6pm-8:30pm

December 28th: Parent & Child Pizza Workshop
      Together, you and your aspiring chef will learn how to make a top-notch Raw Pizza Sauce and The Perfect Pizza Dough. Then you will add your favorite toppings, heat and eat!
      (class is for one parent/caregiver and one child, ages 6 and up)
      Instructor: Matt Wyatt, Daniel Deal m Participation: $60.00 per pair m 10am-12pm

January 3rd: Stews
      Enjoy the cold season with some hearty stews. In this class Chef Matt will teach you how to make Brunswick Stew, Vegetable Chili (chili that any meat eater would love), and Beef Bourguignon.

January 6th: Beginner Handmade Pasta
      Chef Brian will bring out your inner Italian grandmother as he guides you through the steps to making Lemon Ricotta Ravioli and Fettuccine Carbonara.

January 7th: Pizza Workshop
      Who doesn’t love pizza? You will learn how to make Neapolitan-style pizza with the perfect pizza dough and top-notch "raw" pizza sauce, just like the pizzerias do it. Chef Daniel will show you how to make your own fresh mozzarella. You'll get to add your favorite toppings, heat and eat!

January 9th: Chocolate Desserts
      For our chocolate lovers, come enjoy an afternoon of chocolate desserts. Chef Heather will show you techniques to working with chocolate for each of these desserts: Velvety Chocolate Mousse, Ganache Tart, and Raspberry Swirl Brownies

January 10th: Spanish Tapas #2
      Learn how to create authentic Spanish tapas for a unique experience at your own dinner table to share with family and friends. Chef Brian will teach you how to make: Cider Braised Chorizo, Cauliflower al Ajoarriero, Tortillita de Camarones "chickpea + shrimp fritters", Croquettes of Ham, and Empanaditas.
      Spanish Tapas #1 Class is NOT required before taking this class.

January 11th : Crepe Creations
      Chef Brian Ross will show you how to roll up your sleeves to make a cheese blintz, savory chicken mushroom crĂªpe and a variety of creperie style crepes including nutella.

January 13th : Knife Skills
      Keeping all your fingers: Priceless. Learn how to properly slice, dice, minceand debone a chicken! Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed.

January 14th : Pasta #3
      For the love of pasta, come join Chef Brian for one of our amazing pasta classes. Beginner Handmade Pasta and Pasta #2 class are NOT required before taking this class. In this class you will make: Saffron Linguini, Potato Gnocchi, and Shrimp Ravioli.

 January 17th : Italian Dinner Party
      Chef Emi Chiappa Starnes teaches you how to create an authentic Italian feast of antipasti, primo, secondo and dessert with classic dishes. Recreate the recipes at home for your own Italian dinner party.

January 21st : Sushi 101
      In this class, you will learn basic sushi rolling techniques as well as how to make the perfect sushi rice. Chef Brian brings in only the best ingredients like beautiful bass from the Carolina coast and number one grade tune from Japan. The best part? You get to eat everything you create plus sample all that Chef makes in the teaching process: shrimp tempura rolls, inside out rolls, hand rolls, miso soup... so come hungry and ready to have some fun.

January 24th : Vegetarian Soups
      Soup weather is here! In this class, Chef Brian Ross shows you how to make three classic, satisfying soups vegetarian style: Butternut Squash, Potato + Corn Chowder, and Minestrone.

January 25th : Parent/Child Pasta
      In this class learn how to make a basic pasta dough and turn it into fun pasta shapes like bow ties and spaghetti. Also, enjoy eating your creations towards the end of class.

January 31st: Sweet + Savory Rustic Tarts
      Learn the basics of making tart dough from scratch including techniques for rolling the dough and cooking the perfect sweet or savory tart. Chef Heather will demonstrate two different types of savory tarts for you to try and for a sweet souvenir: create your own Blueberry Crostata to take home!

February 6th: Italian Lasagna - Region of Bologna
      Learn how to make a classic Italian lasagna from scratch. In this class you will learn how to make your fresh pasta, classic ragu, and a bascianella white sauce to create the best lasagna to impress any guests.

February 7th: Chocolate Truffles
      Indulge in some chocolate making! In this class you will learn how to temper and work with chocolate couverture. Also learn how to make different chocolate fillings and finish your truffles. Take home a box with a variety of truffles to enjoy. Truffle flavors to include: Rich Dark Chocolate, Cinnamon Caramel, Coconut Pecan, White Chocolate Mint.
