7th: Chocolate Truffles
Indulge in some chocolate making! In this class you
will learn how to temper and work with chocolate couverture. Also learn how to
make different chocolate fillings and finish your truffles. Take home a box
with a variety of truffles to enjoy. Truffle flavors to include: Rich Dark
Chocolate, Cinnamon Caramel, Coconut Pecan, White Chocolate Mint.
