Job
Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
1.
Coordinates and directs the facility
maintenance team and planning activities which include preventive maintenance
programs, facility infrastructure maintenance, sanitation, housekeeping, landscape
and utilities.
2.
Administers a safety program that aims to
reduce work related injuries as well as comply with safety and environmental regulations.
3.
Manages small scale construction projects,
alteration of process equipment, machinery and other production support
requirements.
4.
Ensures that repairs and services meet all
building code and/or safety requirements, and ADA regulations.
5.
Coordinates work assignments with vendors,
contractors and technicians.
6.
Reviews price quotes for the procurement of
parts, services and labor for projects.
Orders packaging and cleaning supplies as needed.
7.
Acts as a liaison to public utility,
environmental, municipal, state and federal agencies as applicable to facilities.
8.
Recommends and initiates creative solutions
through lean initiatives.
9.
Schedules staff according to work order
requirements to ensure efficient operations.
10. Maintains a
high quality work force by evaluating competencies of direct reports; creates
employment development plans and motivates to achieve results to ensure
quality, productivity and morale.
11. Conducts
disciplinary action when needed and terminating employees while following GR, LLC
procedures.
12. Responds to
problems in a professional, ethical and expedient manner.
13.
Oversight of facility security
cameras.
14. Interfaces
with Accounts Payable system to approve Facility Expenses from vendors.
15. Manages
facility Cleaning Contracts.
16. Manages
facility HVAC Contract.
17. Manages
and maintains integrity of Fire and Burglary systems.
18.
Maintains regular and reliable
attendance.

Associates degree in related field or
equivalent related work experience.

WORKING
CONDITIONS
Environment

Position required sitting up to 50% of the
time. The remaining time is spent
walking through facilities to ensure efficient operations and discussing issues
with management. Some bending, lifting,
stooping, reaching is required when assisting employees during busy periods.

Position requires ability to respond to
service needs 24/7; on call as needed.
