Park Ridge Health offers free Sunrise Exercise Classes

Park Ridge Health is committed to empowering people to experience their healthiest lives possible. We are blessed to have community partners who want to join us in this effort.

Image Solutions and the Lelia Patterson Center are partnering with Park Ridge Health to host a special Sunrise Exercise Class. It is a four-week class taking place on the grassy area located outside the Fletcher Valley Market off Naples Road, across from the Park Ridge Health main campus in Fletcher. The classes will be a mix of Barre and Pilates. Both are low-impact exercise options designed for participants at all levels of fitness.

“Park Ridge Health has made the commitment to encourage our staff, patients and community to be active in fun and empowering ways,” says Ellen Stallings, Park Ridge Health Wellness Community Educator. “We are excited to partner with our friends at Image Solutions and the Lelia Patterson Center to offer this opportunity for people looking to take that first step toward wellness or to add variety to their regular health plan.”

“I have experienced the benefit of making exercise a regular part of my life and I have seen it benefit my team,” said Garrett Williams, President & CEO of Image Solutions. “The idea of a sunrise class was something different and I thought it would be a great opportunity for us to experience the benefits of exercise while we enjoy the beauty of the start of a new day in the mountains.”
