Holiday Cooking Classes, New Menu Items and Gift Ideas


DOUGH celebrates its first holiday season with special classes, unique gifts, new menu items and more. “We’re really looking forward to the holidays and helping to make them special for our customers and their families,” says Chef/Owner Brian Ross.


HOLIDAY GIFTS
Cooking Class Gift Cards. The perfect gift for the foodie, home cook or adventurous spirit in
your life. Classes start at just $30 and provide your loved one with skills and recipes they can use for a lifetime. GIft Boxes + Baskets. Holiday cookies, French macarons and housemade cocoa in a jar all festively and sustainably packaged, ready to give. An “Epicurean” gift basket highlights our market’s unique (and chefselected) specialty items.


HOLIDAY CLASSES
Starting this month with their October 26 Family Pumpkin Carving class, DOUGH will offer
seasonal cooking classes to get everyone in the holiday spirit and help prepare home cooks for their holiday entertaining. On the schedule: Preparing Your Thanksgiving Meal, Holiday Cookies, Parent + Child Gingerbread Houses, Candy Making, Holiday Crepes and so much more.


HOLIDAY FOOD 

DOUGH's daily menu will be peppered with festive choices like pumpkin donuts and hot chocolate made in-house with homemade marshmallows. They aim to make your holidays less stressful with thoughtfully prepared seasonal entrees and sides ready to take home, heat up and serve. Takeaway highlights include honeybrined turkey, wild mushroom bread pudding, potato latkes and housemade applesauce. Special orders and catering are also available by calling 828.375.9444.

HOLIDAY PARTIES
In addition to cooking classes, their teaching kitchen is the perfect space to host an intimate
