in The Forum at Diana Wortham Theatre.: Campfire
Songs Sing Together with Beth and Jim Magill on Friday, April 11 at 6:30
p.m. and The Book of Ages: The Life and Opinions of Jane
Franklin by Jill Lepore,
Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m.
The Sing Together Series, with musicians Beth and Jim Magill, is designed for family and
friends to celebrate the joy of music and singing in spirited sessions -each
with a different theme throughout the year. All skill levels are welcome. Bring
family and friends, make new friends, and create community through song. Campfire Songs participants will learn
easy and popular songs the entire family can sing around the campfire.
Selections include folk favorites and a few interactive summer camp songs to
get the crowd up and moving.
The Intersections Book Discussion Group focuses on casual book
discussions and meeting new friends in a relaxed atmosphere. This group is open
to all book lovers who enjoy lively and insightful discussions. The April 15
discussion begins at 6:30 PM and centers around The
Book of Ages: The Life and Opinions of Jane Franklin by Jill Lepore.
Featuring a full season of
classes, discussions, and performances, Intersections
is an opportunity for patrons to connect more deeply with the arts, artists,
and each other. The Forum, a large multi-purpose space adjacent to the Diana
Wortham theatre and accessible from the theatre’s main lobby, is the venue for
all Intersections events unless otherwise announced. To obtain more information
