held in The Forum at Diana Wortham Theatre: Intersections Pre-Performance Discussion for Aquila Theatre Company’s Twelfth Night, Saturday, February 1 at 7:00 p.m.; Intersections
Sing Together: Freedom Songs and Spirituals, led by Beth & Jim Magill and
Becky Stone, Friday, February 7 at 6:30 p.m.; Intersections: Movement Making,
An Introductory Workshop, Thursday, February 13 at 6:00 p.m.; and Intersections Book Discussion
Group of The Goldfinch by Donna
Tartt, Tuesday, February 18 at 6:30 p.m.
The Sing Together Series, with musicians Beth and Jim Magill, is designed for friends to
celebrate the joy of music and singing in spirited sessions, each with a
different theme throughout the year. The “Freedom Songs and Spirituals” Sing
Together on Friday, February 7 is a vibrant, song-filled exploration of the
music of the Underground Railroad. Special guest Becky Stone will lead with the
Magills. All skill levels are welcome. Bring your friends, make new friends,
and create community through song. For

Intersections:
Movement Making, An Introductory Workshop is a special session designed to encourage participants to explore ways to move, collaborate,
and express personal stories. Led by Movement Artist & Educator Barrie
Barton, participants partake in easy and safe warm-up exercises and learn simple
methods for composing movements and stories into “movement theater.” No
experience required; beginners are welcome. Thursday, February 13 at 6:00 p.m.

The Intersections Book
Discussion Group is an opportunity for book lovers to gather regularly for
lively and insightful discussions on selected books in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Book Discussion Group on Tuesday, February 18 focuses on Donna Tartt’s The Goldfinch, a haunted odyssey through
present day America and a drama of enthralling force and acuity. Free; the only requirement is that you read the book. To
