OrangeTheory Fitness celebrates their grand opening on November 4th, 5-8pm with food, music, prizes, and a photo booth. This new fitness center is located at 1816 Hendersonville Road, Suite 60, in south Asheville.
Franchise owners Emily Brause and Natalie Anderson both grew up spending their summers in the
Asheville/Hendersonville areas. It is
where they met and became lifelong friends.
Asheville has played a central part of their lives.
Natalie who is not a fan of working out because it always made her
feel awful found a renewed energy throughout her day along with effortless
weight loss after just two weeks. She
was sold! They felt this is something
special to offer people as it has enhanced their lives in so many positive
ways.
Orangetheory Fitness is an incredible workout that must be
experienced! From the warm greeting, you know you are somewhere special! The energy level in our group workouts drive
you to your very best. In that hour our coaches guide you through an endurance/
power and strength training workout. Due
to the heart rate monitor, everyone is guided through five heart rate zones
that are shown on the real time monitors.
This creates the after burn of calories for 24-36 hours after the
class! Everyone loves feeling phenomenal,
empowered, energized no matter what level of fitness you are!
Natalie and Emily are both moms of younger children and know what it
is like to wear many hats of parent, wife, business owner, daughter, sister,
and friend. They know how almost
everyone is challenged everyday with so much responsibility. That is why they are so honored and excited
to bring a life transforming activity to their beloved Asheville! They truly believe that exercising goes
beyond all of the tangible scientific positive effects on people but also
creates a more positive chain reaction within families and happier healthier
communities. Offering a place for people
to experience the best of customer service, along with a safe and friendly
environment to gain strength, energy and endurance. They want to have their Orangetheory family
bring good things to the community. Philanthropy
is at the top of their charts.
