on July 18.

Ridge Health Dietitian, Kathryn Gantt, RD, LDN, will share the role nutrition
plays in preventing cancer. Multiple clinical studies have shown direct links
between cancer rates and consumption of certain foods. They have also clearly
outlined the beneficial impact of eating specific foods that have distinct
cancer-fighting and cancer-preventing nutrients. Learn which food choices you
can make to help protect yourself from cancer.
