Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed services, announced today the hiring of Kevin Mills as Customer Services Manager for its Asheville and Greenville locations. In his new role, Kevin will be responsible for the development, monitoring and enforcement of Immedion’s service delivery policies to maintain a dedicated “customer first” business philosophy. Kevin will be based in Immedion’s Asheville location.
Kevin comes to Immedion with over six years of experience in
the technology industry, three of which in a managerial role. Starting out as
an IT Analyst at Pomeroy, Kevin advanced within the company to an IT Business
Operations Manager. In his most recent role, he oversaw desktop support
operations and managed service delivery improvements to retain client
relationships. Mills possesses several skillsets in IT and Service Management.
