SUMMARY
DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Directs
and controls the activity associates with the receipt, movement, storage, and
shipments materials to comply with regulations and NFS' requirements.
Responsible for control of the Building 250 Warehouse.
MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Supervise the receipt, return storage/ stocking, internal movement and external
shipments of all non-nuclear materials.
2.
Responsible for the accountability and control of all automated/ non-automated
records/ files pertaining to receiving and maintaining non-nuclear inventory.
3.
Supervise the Annual Inventory Program to insure completion of daily cycle
counts and verification of same.
4.
Assure NFS shipments comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
5.
Compile, analyze and correct deviations to Inventory Standards (cycle counts),
through the use of automated reporting.
6.
Coordinate the pick up on non-nuclear material with outside traffic
departments.
7.
Make assignments, handle first-step grievance procedures, and other duties in a
manner consistent with the provisions of the labor agreement.
8.
Supervise the staging of identified inventory for disposal and coordinate the
appropriate resources (i.e., Health & Safety, Yard/ Utility, Security) to
affect disposal.
9.
Compile, analyze, and verify daily inventory transaction activity to assure
accountability/ correctness and to identify and correct deviations.
10.
Responsible for communicating safety first and coordinating all efforts to
encourage workers to perform work safely.
11.
Supervise salaried personnel assigned to 250 Warehouse.
EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS:
4-
Year degree required.
EXPERIENCE:
A
minimum of 5 years experience in Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving.
A
minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is desired.

Electrical & Instrumentation Unit Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

responsible for the support of electrical power and control systems for NFS
processes and facilities. Responsible for understanding and enforcing
electrical code requirements.
- Provide engineering support to include upfront electrical power and controls design, start-up support, and troubleshooting of existing systems.
- Provide support in the development of electrical specifications for new equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support for set point analyses, SRE specifications and IROFS requirements.
- Works with Work Management to assess appropriate repairs to existing systems.
- Supervises electrical and instrumentation technical staff.

QA Manager

This position
is responsible for management and oversight of all Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc.
Quality Assurance program activities.
Manage and lead
the Quality Assurance organization to drive process improvements.
Develop and
implement methodologies for improved quality assurance in all aspects of the
business, including engineering design control and supplier quality.
Ensure Quality
Assurance programs are robust and implemented to assure compliance with federal
regulations, Government and customer specifications, applicable industry
standards (NQA1, ISO 9001), and internal procedures.
Support
customer interface and prepare/present quality related material during customer
meetings.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors
degree in Science or Engineering
5+years
equivalent quality assurance/control experience in a regulated industry, at
least 2 of which are in the nuclear industry.
5+years
experience in management, quality assurance management preferred
Proficient in
nuclear or manufacturing quality, NQA1 or 1S09001, MSOffice tools, statistical
analysis.
Technical
expertise necessary for working with both internal and external customers and
preparing presenting technical material in a professional manner.
Proven ability
to manage personnel to achieve desired targets through experience and formal
training.
Proven ability
to communicate to all levels of the business both internal and external from
competence gained through formal education and many years of experience.
