City Bakery's production bakery running in full swing

City Bakery’s Production Bakery is up and running full swing! The entire bread production has been moved from its existing location on Biltmore Ave to the new bakery. This will allow the company to grow its wholesale side and to take on additional Ingles Markets, restaurants, supermarkets, and other opportunities in the Western North Carolina area.

The new bakery is a brand new 3,600 sq. ft. building located at 85 Fletcher Commercial Drive, Fletcher, NC 28732 and will allow for City Bakery to eventually triple its current production. Furthermore, opportunities for additional wholesale product offerings are in the works as well. Stay tuned for an exciting renovation at the cafe at 60 Biltmore Ave.

City Bakery is an independent, family owned company founded in 1999. We strive to produce high quality, fresh, artisan breads and pastries for our retail and wholesale customers. With two cafes in Asheville, we are proud to serve the local community.
