Asheville Executive IT Forum promotes thought leadership in IT community

The Asheville Executive IT Forum (AEITF) is designed to promote knowledge sharing and discussion in the technical industry. Each meeting is designed in a lunch and learn format and features a technical expert in a variety of topics from disaster recovery to compliance. Past events have featured experts on PCI compliance, hacking and security, and cyber insurance. AEITF strives to provide speakers and resources that address topics and issues that impact the technical industry and provide thought leadership to local executives.
The first meeting of 2017 will be held in March. It will feature Elizabeth Gartner, an expert in human capital and workforce management, who will discuss the changing way IT companies must think of their employees and signature research conducted at Allegis Global Solutions and the Human Capital Institute. This quarter, guests are invited to bring HR representatives from their company. All meetings are held in Asheville and sponsored by Immedion and Electronic Office. For an invitation, please contact Amy Tamasy, the Account Manager of Immedion’s Asheville location, at amy.tamasy@immedion.com. AEITF also hosts a group on LinkedIn for members.
“Discussing and analyzing the latest trends in our industry allow technical leaders to address problems and concerns they may have,” said Electronic Office’s Vice President, Kemper Brown, Jr. “Groups such as the Executive IT Forum lead to unique ways of addressing industry challenges and concerns.”
