Work in a fast paced production environment. Assist Machine Operator as
needed for setup and cleanup. Work with team to maintain clean, neat and orderly work area. Machine Operator has the primary responsibility of product staging, machine set up, and operation.

Pickers- Pickers are responsible for picking certain styles of product off
the conveyor and then placing them on the appropriate rod that goes to the de-cappers so that the size caps can be removed. The pickers are also responsible for getting trash, non- program and defective product off the conveyor. After the product is de-capped, they go on a screw conveyor.

Load and unload (operate) machining centers within cycle time.
