Operations Coordinator

Position Overview
CCCD Properties LLC, the real estate arm of CCCD. The position is responsible
for maintaining day-to-day operations of the facility, coordinating
revenue-generating activities (rentals, coworking, offices, parking), developing
facility policies and procedures, and supporting facility-related programs.
The ideal candidate
will be extremely flexible, meeting new challenges with creative solutions. The
ideal candidate will be passionate about entrepreneurship and the arts, be a
great communicator and wonderful people person, love to create efficient
systems and understand the concept and value of coworking. A working knowledge of
the craft field is preferred.
Job duties include
·
Coordinate all event space rentals
(board room, conference room, entire facility); Coordinate office and parking leases
and coworking memberships; Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners;
Optimize facility operations infrastructure
including implementation of facility polices and procedures; Coordinate
maintenance contractors and repair companies as needed; Assist with planning,
promotion, implementation and logistics of LLC-related special events, programs
and initiative.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors, monitoring contracts to completion of work not exceed compensation
amount, process vendor payments; Coordinate development
of contracts, documents, forms, and reports pertaining to tenants, event
rentals, building supplies, etc; Prepare
information for annual grant reports; maintain
financial, grant and administrative records with accuracy and timeliness.
