Planning for your Financial Future - Are you ready to invest your money in the stock market but not sure how to begin? Learn the basic vocabulary and concepts that will help you in taking the plunge into smart financial investing.  
  • Tuesday, November 4 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm
Take Control of Holiday Spending - How can we make memorable holiday seasons without ruining our finances?  Learn how to enrich the holidays without breaking the bank!  
  • Monday, November 10 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm
Manage Your Money Series - Our most popular seminar deals with the basics of budgeting, setting goals, planning spending to realize goals, saving strategies, and tracking spending.
  • Mondays, November 10, 17 & 24  from 5:30 to 8:00 pm
Raising a Money Smart Child - Curious about how to teach your child about money but not sure where to start?  This class will discuss easy to implement strategies to teach your child valuable life lessons about money from an early age through college years. 
  • Tuesday, November 11 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm
Money Buddies - (5-part series)  We know that most women really love connections and relationships, so the Money Buddy Series encourages women to capitalize on personal connections to strengthen money management skills! The Money Buddy series invites women to "bring a friend" for support and encouragement as they embark on their money mission. In the 6-session series, participants set personal goals and the classes provide the information, tools, and support to reach them! Students will also receive their Credit Report and Score for FREE. Money Buddies support one another with mutual motivation and accountability.

Relationships & Money - Somehow, talking about money often results in arguments, hurt feelings, and a sense of inadequacy. Explore topics you will want to address to get stronger outcomes and learn how to make those conversations effective, calm, and rational.

Homebuyer Education Series - ($35.00 participant fee) Our HUD-certified course provides a step-by-step explanation of the home-buying process, a fantastic resource book, and an opportunity to interact with local real estate / lending / legal professionals so that you can make an informed decision about the biggest investment you will probably ever make. Certificate received upon completion.    
  • (2-part class) Saturdays, November 15 & 22 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Health Insurance Basics & Budgeting for Health - 2-part series taught by WCMS Health Access and OnTrack Financial Education & Counseling
    • Learn key health insurance terms.
    • Understand how to effectively use your health insurance.
    • Learn how income, expenses, and debt all affect a successful budget.
    • Create a realistic budget for your healthcare costs.

Please bring your monthly health insurance premium and annual deductible amounts with you to class.

What To Do With Your Tax Return - Confused about how to spend your tax return? Should you pay off debt or go shopping? In this class we'll discuss the options of how to best use your refund to benefit your financial goals.
