Local manufacturer seeks customer service representative

Local Manufacturing and sales company has an entry level position for a talented Customer Service Representative.  Must be a team player and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Title:  Customer Service Representative

Overall Description:       Customer service Representative’s main focus is to work as a customer liaison and to coordinate all customer activities and information within the company.  

Essentials Functions:
                Responsible for Sales Orders entry within the systems to prevent errors and meet customer requirements
                Coordination of all customer information
                Generate Quotes and Sample Packages
                Generate Reports
                Plant Orders
                Maintain Sales order Files and information          
                Liaison between Customer and Production
                Generate sales with existing customers and new prospect leads

Skills Required:
                Computer Skills
                Clear and open communication skills
     Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
                Exceptional people and sales skills

Education: Minimum High School Graduation (2 year degree preferred)
                              General Computer Knowledge (Windows Office Suite)

Employment Type: Full Time
