Self Storage facility is currently seeking a Property Manager that is
energetic, detail-oriented and has the desire to take full ownership of
managing the property. Our Property Managers oversee the daily operations and
are responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Rental of storage units to increase occupancy
• Managing Accounts Receivables
• Truck and Trailer Rentals
• Merchandise sales
• Marketing the facility in the local community
• Delivering superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person contact
• People friendly with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License
• Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
• Proficient with computers: Outlook, Office, Internet
