Raise autism awareness fashionably at VF Outlet

VF Outlet to host “VIP Spring-Stock: A Festival of Fashion, Savings & Music” benefiting the National Autism Association

VF Outlet will host “VIP Spring-Stock” on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 from 10am-4pm in their Ellenton, FL store, located in the Ellenton Premium Outlets. The event is designed to officially kick off the Spring fashion season in a fun, energetic and musical way, all while helping to raise awareness and collect donations that will benefit the National Autism Association (NAA).  “Our hope is that, through this fun and engaging fashion event, we can bring attention to a cause that touches the lives of so many families in the communities we serve.”, said Michele Colonna, Vice President of Marketing at VF Outlet.

Spring-Stock will kick off with a Stock-A-Bag event, where the first 25 people through the doors will receive a limited edition bag.  These lucky shoppers will receive 25% off all the merchandise they can fit into the Spring-Stock bag!  Only 25 bags will be available so get there early.  The fun continues all day with an in-store DJ from 10am-4pm spinning great music, playing games, and giving out prizes.  There will also be informal modeling that will showcase new Spring arrivals, Photo-Booth fun, and merchandise discounts for our VIP Members.  Not a VIP?  Not a problem, we will have associates available to sign you up that day.

During the event we will ask shoppers to help VF Outlet to support Autism Awareness.  Throughout the day stores will be accepting donations, 100% of which will go directly to the NAA.  This organization’s mission is to respond to the most urgent needs of the autism community, providing real help and hope so that all affected can reach their full potential.  Autism now affects 1 in 68 children in the U.S.  We’re thrilled that VF Outlet is participating in Autism Awareness Month with this exciting event that will bring support to so many families in need of help and resources”, said Wendy Fournier, President of the National Autism Association.
