Associate (20 hrs/week) to perform a variety of
technical and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and
programs including employment recruitment, retention, workers compensation,
benefits administration, classification and compensation, and employee
relations. At least 2 years of relevant experience or education; Bachelor
degree in business or human resources or Human Resources Professional
certification preferred. Ability to successfully interact and communicate with
a variety of people, personalities and backgrounds is essential, as is the
ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality. To
